About The Dry
The dry
A former Miners dry providing spacious, high quality and homely accommodation whilst retaining many of the original features. The furnishings being to a very high standard.

The cottage is just 3 miles from the coast of Morecambe Bay and 15 miles from the southern end of Lake Windermere and Coniston. This area offers a wide variety of visitor attractions including ancient Abbeys and Houses, a Wild Animal Park, Modern Museums, Heritage Centres and market towns.

Ideally situated for a arange of walking and cycling activities, notable routes such as the Cumbrian and Coastal Ways are within easy reach. Fishing, horse riding and numerous nature reserves are within 5 miles.
